2 January 2009- Cring-cring....the interview

haha...this is the day my new year seem better.... was awaken by a call Beyond-com.... they asked whether i could go for the interview at Jusco at 2.30pm...well no doubt wat my answer was...

so there i was in Jusco....when i went in to ask whether it was my turn yet they said the interviewer hasnt even arrived n asked to come back after 15 minutes (so much for punctuality by my new boss) ...so went to meet Ming Ann at Popular(still skinny as ever) had a short chat n was back to Beyond after that...

wait wait n waited will 3.15.... so FINALLY my turn... talk to the guy for about 30 minutes.... n guess wat... i got the job....WEEE!!!!

so 1st interview 1st job....nt a bad start to the new year... gt a SECOND N LONGER nagging by my mom after that....but then lets nt talk bout that n spoil my new year rite....haih...

So anyone of u out there lookin for a new phone.....see u in MP...hehe

1 January 2009- Some SMS but no call..

So its 2009, gt some well wishes for the new year...but the awaited call frm Beyond-com was still nt coming, (they said they will call today).... so came back frm Kim Chern's house, ws asked to clean up my cupboards by my mom, told her that i'll do it the nx day n she actually said OK....

so went upstairs to hav a game with my frens(through the pc of coz).... when i got down after the game....haha guess wat came next...


NAGGING N SCOLDING!!!!(din she said OK!!!)

oh well... i guessed the new year isnt going to be much different then...haha... still no call after when i went to sleep...

31st December- Eve of 2009

b4 i start saying anything... i'll tell u there are no pics... pics can be found in Isaac or Thye Siangs blogs.... apparently i'm too lazy to bring my camera out...

Watched one last movie(bedtime stories) wif some of my frens who are soon going to leave for their respective colleges then had dinner at Mcd.... i went to apply for a job at Beyond-com on the way, i seriously din giv much hope after their cold treatment...haha we'll get to that later...

our initial plan of going to settlement for the countdown was swicthed at the last minute to Jonker walk....my hips were already hurting then...due to the crowdiness of the area our leader of the day (thye siang) decided to SWITCH BACK to settlement... i could seriously feel my hips crying when he said that...so we walked all the way back to mahkota medical centre where i parked my car n fetch 5 of them back to settlement.... to our surprise... there was no countdown in settlement....oh well at least we hav each others company on new year....
so had some activities at shauns place... n 5 of us ended up at Kim Chern's place AGAIN....stayed over played the card games again... wont elaborate much this time due to reasons....

Open House at Shaun's place

So this is my 1st official post... had an interesting gathering at shauns house...the food was great since we were actually tasting his dads cooking first hand...among the more delicious ones are the mutton, some fish pieces, ham, prawn, salmon n of coz wats Xmas without the ever present TURKEY!!!!(ok u can stop drooling on ur keyboard already)....here are some pics...

dinner passed n we had a good walk to the seaside.... after reaching to shaun's house someone brilliant which i really cant remember who... popped the idea of going to watch the movie.....

there was alot of discussion going on though whether we shud go for a movie at 12.10am....initially the plan was cancelled as some of us clearly did not want to go... heck we even bought ip man dvd to watch on shaun's plasma tv... but like all teenagers do we changed our mind in the end n still went for the movie....thye siang had to lie to his mom, kinn weng had to run out frm his house like a crook, and me well i juz stayed overnight at Kim Chern's place with IZ, Tong, n Jared... now time for the 'interesting' part.... how the movie actually fared....it was...(drum rolls)

BOUNDARY BUSTING STUPIDNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!

its the worst n i really mean it THE WORST movie i hav ever watched....the hero talks to a cat n himself half of the time, the antagonist tries to be Adolf Hitler, his henchmens make Mr Bean smart, n Scarlett Johansson was made to look like Gwen Stefani (or maybe worse), the plot is...(wait was there even a plot?)... n the list goes on... the conclusion is... AVOID THIS MOVIE AT ALL COST!!!!

my stay at Kim Chern's house was interesting though.... played cards n UNO till 5am... n then crap talked for the nx 2 hours...I was oso introduced to Tongs unique way of snoring....hehe... came home today at 1.30... errr i think thats all for now... the pics will be up real soon i'm sure.... so juz read for now....

1st step into blogging!

Well the hols got kinda boring so i decided to take up blogging since almost everyone is getting into it... was too lazy to create one at 1st...actually asked thye siang to teach me.... but i guess miracles do happen in Xmas... santa actually gave me enuf enthusiasm to click on a few things myself n here i am typing the very 1st post on my blog...i don really hav much to post now since almost all my vacations be it with frens or family has already passed....so juz bear with this BORING paragraph for now....hehe
